As part of the Trailblazer Mental Health project, they asked us how they could help during the Coronavirus pandemic and subsequent lockdown. As a result; they have put together a fantastic 10 week Wellbeing programme for you to use at home with your children.
Cultivating positive habits will be a useful resource for any parent. The Emotional regulation resources would be useful for those parents who may be struggling with managing children's emotions. The Behaviour management we hope will address some of the needs. We are aware when we are facing such heightened anxiety and stress levels, where the ways we learn, educate, work and live as families have changed radically, the behaviour change strategies may be limited. We hope this programme will go some way to helping.
