MISSING READING SCHEME BOOKS

We are putting out a plea for you to check your children’s bookshelves! We are missing lots of books from our reading scheme, which is obviously impacting on the children. Not all the books that we have put into the banded boxes come from published reading schemes, many of them are books written by well-known children’s authors that we have carefully matched to the reading levels of children. They should have coloured stickers on their spines and a school stamp inside. Whist we are glad that children are enjoying reading these books and taking them home, we really do need them back when they have been read so that other children can enjoy them too.
